About Dr Heli

Dr Heli Goode was trained as a medical doctor in her native country, Estonia. However, years of working in mainstream medicine created more questions than answers to many situations, where a proper undestanding and management of real reasons for human ill health or even longer consultation times combined with some education and support for better diet and lifestyle, would of prevented further development of certain chronic illnesses and patient’s general unhappiness with contemporary medicine. 

Her natural curiosity and realisation that it is never too late to learn more lead her studying principles of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, which included traditional acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine. 

Heli is also trained on classical homeopathy, clinical nutrition, counselling and hypnotherapy.

Knowledge and experience in both medical systems, Eastern and Western, helps her to search for causes of illnesses, manage treatment plans and direct patients towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
